Bucharest → Sibiu

Your guide picks you up from your hotel in Bucharest. After a 5-hour scenic drive, arrive in Sibiu — one of Transylvania's most beautiful cities. Enjoy free time for lunch, then a guided tour through the old centre. Discover the legend of the Liar's Bridge and the medieval atmosphere of this remarkable city. In the evening, transfer to a traditional B&B in the Transylvanian countryside.

Corvin Castle → Alba Iulia Citadel

After a traditional breakfast, visit the magnificent Corvin Castle in Hunedoara — one of Europe's most beautiful medieval castles with its tall towers, suspension bridge, and bloody legends. Biertan → Sighișoara

Leave Sibiu behind and drive through picturesque Transylvanian villages to Biertan — home to the largest fortified church in Transylvania and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Your guide will share the famous tale about divorce. Continue to Sighișoara, a stunning medieval citadel still inhabited, with defense towers, centuries-old houses, and narrow cobblestone streets. Spend the afternoon exploring this romantic UNESCO site. Overnight at a traditional guesthouse.

Day 4

Viscri → Brașov

Discover why the British Royal Family fell in love with this area. Visit Viscri — one of Prince Charles' favorite villages, preserved as it was a hundred years ago. See the white fortified church and enjoy a traditional Transylvanian lunch with local food and țuică. In the afternoon, explore medieval Brașov with its Black Church (the largest Gothic church in Romania), medieval fortifications, and charming old town. Free time for shopping before transferring to a guesthouse in Râșnov.

Day 5

Bran Castle → Scenic Road → Bucharest

Visit the Libearty Bear Sanctuary in Zărnești to see rescued wild bears in their natural environment. Then head to Bran Castle — Romania's most famous attraction where the Dracula legend and Romanian royal history intertwine. Return to Bucharest via the stunning Rucăr-Bran pass with views of the Bucegi and Piatra Craiului mountains. Arrive in Bucharest by evening.
